The episode starts with Sachin pacing nervously, worried about his father, Paresh, who has suddenly fallen ill. A senior doctor arrives and reassures Sachin that he will check on Paresh’s condition first before giving any updates. Sachin explains how Paresh has always taken care of his health, going on morning walks and never complaining of chest pain before. The doctor asks Sachin to step aside so they can talk in private.

At the same time, Sayali is at the temple, praying with all her heart for Paresh’s recovery. She is so emotional that she begins to cry. Shubha and Juhi notice her and come over, concerned about her. Not long after, the doctor speaks to the family and shares some troubling news: Paresh has a serious heart issue caused by a blockage in his arteries.
