The episode starts with Anya approaching Sachin to talk about what Sayali had told him. Sachin shrugs it off, saying Sayali is just making up stories. From a distance, Sayali watches them. Sachin then asks Anya how Sayali is doing, and when Sayali hears this, it makes her smile.

Meanwhile, Roshni and Tejas are having dinner while Renu serves the food. Roshni notices Tejas looks tired and offers to make more parathas before leaving the room. Once she’s gone, Renu takes the chance to talk to Tejas. She tells him that Roshni thinks he’s tired from working, but in reality, he sleeps all day. She warns him that he needs to find a job soon because they can’t keep hiding the truth from Roshni forever. Renu also mentions that Sayali saw him at a restaurant and told Sachin, who now wants to expose him. Tejas brushes off her concerns and says they’ll handle it.

Paresh is sitting at the table, waiting for Sachin and Sayali to arrive. When Sachin finally comes home, Paresh asks where he’s been, but Sachin avoids answering and tries to head to bed. Paresh calls him back, noticing something is off. Sachin covers his mouth, trying to hide the fact that he’s drunk. Paresh catches on and asks what’s going on. Renu steps in and tells Paresh that Sachin has been drinking. Emotional, Sachin admits that he couldn’t handle the shame Akash brought on their family. He confesses that he went to a hotel and got into a fight with Akash. Paresh is shocked but Sachin defends his actions, saying he had no other choice.

Renu sarcastically asks if Sachin is proud of beating up Akash, adding that if he’s so angry, he might as well take it out on his wife. Sachin, insulted, says he would never do that because Aaji taught him better. He explains that he already yelled at Sayali earlier and told her to leave, blaming her for the family’s troubles. Paresh, disappointed, tells Sachin that drinking won’t fix anything and that it hurts to see him like this.

As tensions rise, Paresh starts to feel chest pains. Renu, still angry, blames Sayali for tearing the family apart. Roshni, who once believed Sayali was innocent, now agrees with Renu. Renu continues, saying that Sayali has brought so much shame to the family that she’s embarrassed to leave the house because of the gossip. Sachin, still drunk, offers to confront the people gossiping about them, but Renu tells him the whole neighborhood is already talking. Tejas then blames Akash for ruining their father’s reputation. Sachin fires back, blaming Tejas for running away from his wedding, saying that’s when their family’s problems really began.

Roshni steps in, scolding Sachin and pointing out that he isn’t being a good son either. Sachin, still drunk, insists he’s doing his best, but Roshni isn’t convinced. She tells him that coming home drunk only adds to the family’s disgrace. The argument escalates, and soon Tejas and Sachin start fighting. As Paresh tries to intervene, he suddenly collapses, suffering a heart attack. Roshni quickly tells everyone to get him to the hospital.

At the hospital, Paresh is in the ICU, and the family waits anxiously. The doctor comes out and tells them that Paresh has had a heart attack. His condition is critical, and despite running tests, his life is in serious danger. The family is left in shock, fearing for Paresh’s survival.
