Vedika Stops the Wedding

Vedika runs to the wedding and pushes Sagar. He falls down. Rageshwari asks Vedika why she is doing this. Vedika says the wedding is fake. Saraswathi gets angry and tells Vedika she has gone too far. She says Vedika is no longer her daughter. She tells Vedika to leave or she will call the guards.

Sagar asks Vedika what is happening. Vedika says she has proof and asks him to listen. Degvijay is also upset and asks what her problem is. Vedika says someone in the house is hurting her mother. But when she sees Suphedra wearing a ring, she goes quiet. Sagar and Degvijay tell her to speak, but Sagar, now angry, tells the Pandit to continue the wedding.

Sagar mocks Vedika, saying she cannot stop the wedding. Saraswathi also tells her to leave, saying nothing will stop the wedding now. As Sagar and Jhanvi are about to start again, Koyal hugs Saraswathi. Vedika leaves, crying. Rageshwari and Degvijay are happy she is gone.

Saraswathi comforts Koyal, saying the wedding will still happen. She says sorry to Sagar and asks him to change his clothes. Sagar leaves, and Saraswathi continues to comfort Koyal. Meanwhile, Mauri is happy the truth did not come out.

Vedika is Confused

Vedika is now unsure. She thought Rageshwari and Degvijay were poisoning her mother, but after seeing Suphedra, she is not so sure. Vedika now wonders who is behind everything.

Meanwhile, Rageshwari tells Suphedra not to worry. She says Vedika will not come back. She tells Suphedra the ring looks good on her. After Suphedra leaves, Rageshwari asks Degvijay if he has something to say. He says he is not very romantic. Rageshwari tells him to stay focused until the wedding is done.

Degvijay says his mother was smart to give Suphedra the ring just when Vedika was checking the medicine. Rageshwari says sometimes not having proof is also good. Degvijay hugs his mother, happy that Vedika has no evidence.

Vedika’s New Plan

Vedika prays for guidance. She starts to think maybe Mauri and Koyal are behind everything. She watches the palace workers and begins to plan.

Sagar’s Doubts

In his room, Sagar is confused and upset about Vedika’s behavior. Someone knocks and asks for his clothes to be cleaned. When Sagar opens the door, Vedika rushes in. Sagar reminds her that she was told to leave. Vedika says someone is giving his mother the wrong medicine. Sagar does not believe her until she shows him that the medicine she tested was strong painkillers, not calcium tablets.

Vedika calls Dr. Singh, who confirms that these painkillers could cause a stroke. Sagar is shocked and realizes his mother’s condition isn’t as serious as he thought. This means he does not need to marry Koyal. Sagar and Vedika understand each other.

Lali knocks on the door, asking how much longer Sagar will take. Sagar pretends to look for his cufflinks. He tells Vedika he does not want to marry Koyal but feels he must because of his promise to his aunt. Vedika tells him it was not his choice and reminds him that Koyal is not the right one for him. Sagar agrees, saying he does not want to be with Koyal. Vedika says she cannot trust anyone in the house. Sagar agrees, saying it is hard for him to trust her too.

Sagar suggests they come up with a new plan. Vedika says she is doing this for her mother and asks for one chance to prove the truth. Sagar, moved by her words, agrees to help. They hold hands and are ready to move forward. Vedika gives him new clothes, and Sagar is surprised.

Escape Plan

Vedika starts packing her wedding dress. As Sagar gets ready, she tries to put a cap on him for disguise, but he refuses, worried about his hair. Sagar asks how they will escape. Vedika tells him to grab the bedsheets so they can use them to climb out of the window. They get ready to leave.

Family Shocked

Meanwhile, Koyal and the family are waiting outside Sagar’s room. Lali asks how much longer he will take. Koyal tells him to open the door. When no one answers, they force the door open. Everyone is shocked to find the room empty—Sagar is gone. Saraswathi panics as Koyal shouts that Sagar has run away, leaving the family confused and worried.
