Kumkum Bhagya 16th September 2024 Written Update: Sahil Learns a Devastating Truth

The episode begins with Harleen calling out to see if anyone is around. As soon as Jassi and Neha hear her, they quickly hide. Monisha steps in to distract Harleen, greeting her with a casual hello. Though Harleen senses something is wrong, she doesn’t see anything suspicious and leaves. Monisha then turns to Neha and asks what happened. Neha, still shaken, explains that Harleen almost caught her, and she couldn’t get a chance to speak. Meanwhile, Diya spots Neha and Jassi, who’s disguised as a waiter, rushing inside. Without saying a word, she closes the main door and leaves.

Monisha teases Jassi about pretending to be the brother of her mom’s driver, saying she’s tired of the charade. Jassi, a little annoyed, reminds her that he’s not a petty thief but a youth politician, and he’s only doing this because of her. Monisha jokes that it seems like he’s here just to argue with her. Then, she asks him to help find Neha’s boyfriend. Jassi mocks Neha’s choice in men, but Neha quickly warns him not to mention Poorvi. Jassi gets defensive and snaps back, telling her not to bring up Poorvi again. Just then, they spot Sahil. Neha wants to go talk to him, but Jassi advises her to act casual and say she came back to retrieve something she forgot in case anyone asks. Monisha then pulls Jassi away, while Diya observes from a distance, wondering why Neha is sneaking around with Sahil, who she knows is her boyfriend.

In another part of the house, Jassi scolds Monisha for pacing around nervously, telling her that all her worrying won’t solve anything. He tells her to face the reality of the situation. Monisha, clearly irritated, tells him to stop being ridiculous. She explains that Poorvi has uncovered Nethra’s secret—that it was Monisha who introduced Nethra into RV’s life to create chaos. Monisha admits that when Poorvi confronted her, she denied everything, but Poorvi is still suspicious. Jassi, amused by Poorvi’s cleverness, jokes that he’s becoming more impressed with her every day and should write a book about how smart she is. Feeling jealous, Monisha tells him to stop joking and leave, as she needs to figure out how to deal with Neha and Sahil. Jassi, not missing a chance to tease her, says that Poorvi is much better and smarter than Monisha before walking away.

Meanwhile, Neha tries to calm down an enraged Sahil, who’s fuming and declares he’ll kill RV for trying to marry her. Neha suggests they sit down and talk, but Sahil is too furious to listen. He paces around, venting his anger at RV’s plans. Diya, eavesdropping from nearby, secretly takes a picture of Neha and Sahil together. As Sahil storms out, Neha follows him, trying to stop him. Jassi and Monisha spot them and manage to intercept Sahil, warning him that he’s on the verge of ruining their entire plan. They pull him aside and try to calm him down.

Diya then goes to Poorvi and shares what she saw. She explains that she returned to the house after spotting Neha sneaking in with her boyfriend. Diya adds that Neha and her boyfriend were talking about their love and plans for marriage, leaving Poorvi shocked. Diya also mentions that Neha’s boyfriend was dressed as a waiter, which confuses Poorvi even more. Diya says it looked like they were in the middle of a heated argument, and to make things worse, Nethra might also be involved with him. Poorvi is left wondering what’s really going on, and Diya promises to show her the picture she secretly took. Just then, Yug enters, teasing Diya by asking if she has a twin, as he thought she had left earlier. Realizing there’s more to uncover, Poorvi becomes determined to get to the bottom of things.

Later, Jassi, Monisha, and Neha bring Sahil to Neha’s house. Jassi, now frustrated, threatens Sahil, telling him that if he doesn’t cooperate, he’ll kill him and make Neha a widow. Monisha steps in, saying it’s time to tell the truth. Neha admits that she has been working with Jassi and Monisha all along. Monisha explains that she saw potential in Neha’s acting skills and decided to recruit her for their schemes. She reveals that she was originally supposed to marry RV, but Poorvi ended up taking her place. Wanting RV back, Monisha involved Neha in a plot to frame RV with a fake molestation charge. She admits it was wrong, but says she did it out of love for RV.

Jassi continues the story, saying he noticed Monisha’s plan and decided to join in, hoping to win Poorvi for himself. He bribed Neha to play her role, and everything went according to plan. Monisha happily shares that Neha successfully got RV and Poorvi’s divorce papers signed. Neha adds that she was paid 20 lakhs for her part, and Jassi chimes in, saying he paid Sahil double that, a total of 60 lakhs. Monisha reassures Sahil that Neha has no real interest in RV and that the marriage is just a formality. Her ultimate goal is to swoop in and stop Neha from marrying RV, making herself look like the hero and then marrying RV. Jassi says he plans to marry Poorvi. Neha confirms that she never loved RV and was only in it for the money. She promises Sahil that once everything is over, they’ll leave the country together. Sahil, finally convinced, agrees, and Neha hugs him.

Meanwhile, RV is getting ready for work. Poorvi stops him, asking him to wait. RV, already running late, tells her he’s in a hurry, but Harleen insists he take the breakfast that Poorvi woke up early to prepare. RV playfully agrees and takes the tiffin. Harleen jokes that he’ll also be getting lunch from home later, to which RV responds that he might as well stay home all day. Harleen laughs and says they’ll take care of him. Poorvi hands him the tiffin and teasingly warns him to eat it or face the consequences. RV smiles, asks if she needs anything, and heads off to work.
