The episode starts with a tense argument between Aditya and Anirudh. In the middle of their fight, a doctor arrives and asks Aditya to sign the consent form for Jhanak’s surgery. Before Aditya can say anything, Anirudh jumps in, saying, “I’m Jhanak’s close relative. I’ll handle it.” But the doctor insists they also need Jhanak’s permission and hands the form to Anirudh.
Anirudh, trying to take control, offers to pay for the surgery. The doctor then tells him that Aditya has already covered the costs. Aditya calmly explains, “I couldn’t wait.” Frustrated, Anirudh insists, “I’ll repay you,” but Aditya shrugs it off.
Irritated, Anirudh says, “It’s my responsibility. Jhanak wanted me to take care of everything, and I don’t need to talk about this with you.” Aditya stays calm and replies, “Fine, go talk to her.” A nurse arrives and informs Anirudh that he can watch the surgery if he wants. Dhara steps in and helps get the doctor’s approval for Anirudh to visit Jhanak, and Anirudh heads to see her.
Meanwhile, Arshi is packing her things when Dadi asks, “Where are you going with that big suitcase?” Arshi responds, “I’m going back to my house. My parents are coming, and I don’t want to stay here anymore.”
Tanuja tries to convince her to stay, saying, “Anirudh didn’t mean to upset you. He just asked Jhanak to drop out of the dance competition.” But Arshi feels ignored and says, “He doesn’t care about me. I’ve made up my mind.” Lal also asks her to wait until Anirudh’s father comes back from Delhi, but Arshi remains firm, saying, “My decision is final.”
Just then, Shrishti and Vinayak arrive, demanding, “Get Anirudh here. If he doesn’t come, we’re taking Arshi home.” Dadi reminds them that this is Arshi’s marital home, but Shrishti replies, “Her husband has left her. This isn’t her home anymore.”
Back at the hospital, Aditya and Anirudh’s tension grows. Aditya tells Anirudh, “You’re not the right person to be with Jhanak right now.” Anirudh, getting angry, asks, “Who are you to say that?” Aditya responds, “I know what’s happening between you and Jhanak.” Furious, Anirudh warns Aditya to stay out of it.
Meanwhile, Arshi talks to Shrishti, saying, “He’s only focused on Jhanak.” Shrishti agrees, saying, “I thought so. He’s too wrapped up in his own problems.”
As Bablu checks on Arshi, attention shifts back to Jhanak. In his mind, Anirudh reflects, “I thought our relationship was over, but I was wrong. You don’t know how much I’ve gone through to be here. I love you, Jhanak. You’re everything to me.”
A nurse tells Jhanak that a family member from Kolkata has signed the forms. Jhanak, worried, thinks to herself, “I can’t let this secret come out.” When the nurse asks her directly, she stays silent.
When Anirudh finally meets Jhanak, emotions run high. The song Phir Le Aaya Dil plays softly in the background, emphasizing the deep feelings between them.
Meanwhile, Shrishti continues to argue with Bablu, with Lal and Bipasha supporting her. Anirudh goes to Jhanak and apologizes, saying, “I’m sorry for everything. I never wanted to hurt you.” Jhanak, still distant, responds, “I just told you what was happening. I didn’t ask you to come.” But Anirudh insists, “I had to come to make sure you were okay. Everything will work out.”
As tensions build, Shrishti reveals a shocking truth: “Jhanak is pregnant.” Bipasha quickly denies this, saying, “No, Anirudh told me it’s not a pregnancy—it’s a tumor.” Vinayak, shocked, asks, “A tumor?”
Accepting her situation, Jhanak tells Anirudh, “I don’t know if I’ll survive this, so I need to say something. I forgive you for everything. You doubted me, accused me of cheating, and even said I was carrying another man’s child. If I don’t make it, there won’t be any more shame or blame. I just want you to be happy with Arshi.”
Emotional, Anirudh replies, “Let’s not talk about this now. You have no idea what I’ve been through.” Jhanak quietly says, “I’ve seen it, but what’s going on inside you is even harder to understand.”
As their conversation ends, Anirudh reassures Jhanak, “I’ll handle the bills, but Aditya has already paid for everything. You can repay him later. But why would he pay for my wife’s surgery?”
The episode ends with Lal suspecting that Anirudh is hiding something. Shrishti suggests that Jhanak might be manipulating him, but Vinayak dismisses the idea. Shrishti, however, insists, “It’s possible. She’s after him.”
As Jhanak is taken into surgery, Anirudh holds her hand and says, “I’ll be waiting downstairs. Stay strong, everything will be okay.” Jhanak, resigned, replies, “Go home, Anirudh.” He softly responds, “When you wake up, I want you to see my face first. Nothing will happen to you. I’ll be right here.”
