Bhagya Lakshmi 16th September 2024 Written Update: Malishka’s plans Revealed

The episode starts with Lakshmi busy cleaning the floor. She grabs a basket and heads to the kitchen, not noticing that Rishi is nearby. Both are a little startled when they run into each other. Rishi steps aside, and Lakshmi quickly washes her hands. As she’s about to leave, Rishi stops her, which makes her uneasy. He gently touches her face, and she asks what he’s doing. Rishi reassures her, saying it’s for her own good. Lakshmi is confused until he takes out a napkin, dips it in water, and begins cleaning her face. She smiles as he does so. Rishi then asks if she’s going to answer him. Lakshmi, still teasing, asks what the question is. Rishi tells her that his question won’t be as tricky as hers. She laughs, noting how serious he often is. Then, Rishi straightforwardly asks if she’s willing to give their relationship another chance. Lakshmi is taken aback, staying silent, and Rishi tells her she can take her time to think about it before walking out of the kitchen.

Meanwhile, Malishka is having a chat with Anushka. Malishka, full of confidence, tells Anushka that she knows exactly how to handle Rishi and everything else. Anushka, curious, asks if this assurance has anything to do with Balvinder, which surprises Malishka.

In another scene, Kiran admits to Malishka that she told Anushka about Balvinder. Malishka quickly asks if Kiran also mentioned why Balvinder came and who called him. Malishka then reveals it was her who reached out to Balvinder to deal with her issues. She suggests that instead of focusing on other people’s mistakes, Anushka should take action herself. Anushka, confused, asks if Malishka is referring to her, but Malishka insists she’s speaking in general. Karishma steps in, reminding them that although their strategies might be different, they are all working towards the same goal. Confidently, Malishka says that Balvinder is here and ready to help.

Balvinder is seen conducting a pooja when he notices someone approaching. At the same time, a smuggler is nearby, anxiously wondering why his calls aren’t being answered and spotting a police officer. Balvinder turns to his associate and hints that things are about to heat up. He asks Avinash to call the daughter-in-law of the house because they need her for a few tasks.

The police officer, a bit lost, tries to figure out which room was assigned to the guest. The smuggler steps in, pretending to be the head caterer, and guides the officer to a room where a Pandit is lying unconscious. The smuggler explains that the Pandit is merely resting. The officer grows suspicious, but before he can react, the smuggler strikes him and takes his gun before fleeing.

Elsewhere, Shalu is walking, deep in thought, wondering why Aayush has been acting so distant. Aansh catches up to her, trying to cheer her up, but she doesn’t seem interested. He keeps pressing, asking what’s bothering her. Shalu eventually snaps, telling him to leave her alone, but quickly apologizes for being rude. Aansh, sensing that something is troubling her, jokes that maybe she had a fight with her boyfriend. Shalu smiles and says if that were the case, she would still feel safe with Aansh by her side. They walk together, while Aayush, watching from a distance, gets emotional as memories of his time with Shalu flood back.

Meanwhile, Balvinder tells Guddu to be ready to leave as things are about to go south. He points towards a group of people who seem to be up to something suspicious.

Anushka then gets a call and rushes to inform Dadi that Mami has arrived. Dadi questions Neelam about why she’s late, and Neelam explains that she had to visit an old age home run by their NGO. Dadi tells her to go ahead with the Darshan. When Neelam approaches the Pandit and asks about the thali, she starts to feel uneasy, wondering where Acharia Jee is. Balvinder, still pretending to be associated with Acharia Jee, offers to lead the pooja. Neelam insists, however, that only Acharia Jee can perform the special ceremony. Growing more suspicious, Neelam apologizes but remains firm.

At this moment, Anushka notices a bracelet on the Pandit’s wrist and realizes that he is actually Balvinder in disguise. She quickly informs Kiran, who grasps the seriousness of the situation. Malishka tries to calm everyone down, assuring them that she’ll contact Acharia Jee. Neelam reassures the Pandit not to worry, but makes it clear that Acharia Jee is the one who must perform the pooja. Just then, Lakshmi arrives and asks what the Pandit wanted to say. Neelam once again demands to know where Acharia Jee is. Realizing that his cover is blown, Balvinder excuses himself, saying he’s going to fetch Acharia Jee.

With Malishka’s plan starting to fall apart, tension is running high in the family. The episode leaves viewers on edge, waiting to see how the tangled web of deceit will unfold.
