The episode opens with Anupama deeply worried about her daughter, Aadhya, who is at the Dean’s house. Fearing for Aadhya’s safety, she senses something is wrong. Aadhya, trying to comfort her mother, assures her that all her questions will soon be answered. Anupama, still anxious, promises to leave for now but vows to return quickly, letting nothing stand in her way. Aadhya, with a hopeful smile, asks her to come back soon.

Meanwhile, Megha urges the Dean to leave for the farmhouse immediately. The Dean suggests waiting until after Janmashtami, but Megha is insistent—they must leave now. As Anupama hurries through the streets, she accidentally bumps into a woman who angrily asks why she wasn’t paying attention. Anupama, shaken, explains that she has just found her daughter after seven long months. The woman’s anger melts away, and she warmly congratulates Anupama, giving her a comforting hug.

In another room, Anuj stands before a sketch of Aadhya on the wall, vowing not to celebrate any festival until his daughter is back home. Anupama enters, playfully blowing bubbles—a small reminder of how much Choti (Aadhya) loves them. She tells Anuj that she saw Aadhya today, though only from a distance. While Aadhya seemed physically fine, there was a sadness in her eyes. Anupama reassures Anuj that their daughter will be with them soon. But Anuj, frustrated, questions why Anupama didn’t bring Aadhya home immediately, especially knowing she wasn’t happy.

Anupama explains that they need to be cautious because Aadhya’s life might be in danger. She hints that they may need the police’s help. Anuj, overwhelmed, accuses Anupama of giving him false hope and making him imagine things that may never happen. Anupama tries to calm him, pleading for his trust one last time. But Anuj, exhausted by his emotions, declares that he can’t take any more disappointment. Without Aadhya, he fears he might not survive. With determination in her voice, Anupama promises that she will bring their daughter back, even if it means begging or battling the Dean and his wife. She vows to return Aadhya as a Janmashtami gift for Anuj.

Back at home, Meera is delighted by the Indian Masala pancakes (uttapam) that Kinjal has made, saying they’ve brightened her day. Baa, curious about Meera’s excitement, hears from Meenu that it’s the love Kinjal put into making them. Kinjal, concerned, asks Meenu about her internship, and Meenu happily shares that it’s going well and she’s even thinking of settling here. Baa then mentions that they’ve found a doctor for Meenu to marry, but Meenu quickly replies that she isn’t ready for marriage yet. Baa insists, revealing that the groom’s family is already on their way, and everything has been arranged through Dolly and Sanjay Kumar.

Later, the children return home and argue about who will get to break the matki (pot) for Janmashtami. Kinjal suggests they do it together, but Baa is more focused on preparing Meenu for the groom’s visit. Kinjal questions Baa’s decision to involve the groom’s family without consulting Meenu first. Baa dismisses her concerns, asking why Kinjal is so worried. Pakhi and Toshu tease Kinjal, wondering if she and Anupama had other plans for Meenu’s marriage. Baa reminds them that Vanraj’s wishes regarding Meenu’s marriage must be respected by all.

Determined to find answers, Anupama heads to the Dean’s house, only to be told by the guard that they aren’t home. Refusing to give up, Anupama realizes she must take bold action. She apologizes to Lord Krishna, then distracts the guard by scattering coins and sneaks inside through a window.

Meanwhile, Meenu urgently meets Sagar at a coffee shop. She asks if he would care if her family arranged her marriage. When Sagar replies that it wouldn’t matter to him, Meenu, hurt, tells him they shouldn’t meet again until she’s married. Sagar, heartbroken, watches as she walks away.

Inside the Dean’s house, Anupama carefully opens a door, hurting her finger in the process. She finally enters Aadhya’s room and calls out for her. The room is empty, but Anupama finds a photo of Aadhya with Megha and Aadhya’s drawing book. As she flips through the pages, she feels her daughter’s distress. Hugging the diary close, Anupama is overwhelmed with worry, fearing for Aadhya’s safety.
