Anupama 23rd September 2024 Written Episode Update

The episode starts with Anupama watching as Toshu and Pakhi arrive at Asha Bhavan. Everyone turns to look at them. Dolly comments, “Good thing we didn’t act as foolishly as they did.” Dimpy adds, “Otherwise, we’d be in the same situation.”

Toshu speaks up, “Go ahead, laugh at us, make fun of us, say whatever you want.” Pakhi adds, “Now that we’re here, we’re staying.” Kinjal asks sarcastically, “Did you finally come to your senses?” Toshu replies, “Our minds aren’t working right now.” Pakhi continues, “We’re so tired we can barely stand. Everything feels numb.”

Babu ji says, “Anupama will decide if you can stay or not.” Bala agrees, and Indra adds, “Yes, whatever Anu decides will be our decision too.” Toshu pleads, “Please understand, we’re tired, and we’ve learned from our mistakes.” Pakhi begs, “Please let us stay.”

Kinjal firmly says, “Mummy will decide.” Toshu then turns to Pari and asks her to tell Anupama that she wants her father. Pari refuses, saying, “I won’t say that. There was no fighting, and everyone was happy when you weren’t here.” Pakhi asks Ishu to speak up for her, but Ishu replies, “You always scold me. Nani will decide your punishment.” Toshu asks Dimpy for help, but Dimpy says, “This isn’t my house.”

Baa steps in and asks, “Have you realized your mistakes?” Toshu and Pakhi both say yes. Baa tells them to come inside, but Anupama stops them. She respects Baa’s decision but adds her own condition.

“You can come in,” Anupama says, “but first, you need to fold your hands and apologize to everyone in Asha Bhavan. If they forgive you, then you can stay. You’ll also have to follow all the house rules, help out with the chores, and respect everyone. Plus, you need to contribute to the household expenses. If you agree to these conditions, you can stay. If not, you can leave.”

Toshu and Pakhi, feeling they have no other choice, reflect on what they’ve been through. Anupama warns, “If you refuse, we won’t waste any more time on this.” Feeling humbled, Toshu and Pakhi apologize to everyone and promise to do their share of the work. Pakhi says, “We’ll do whatever is needed.”

Just when it seems like they’ll be let in, Anupama says, “It’s done. Now, leave.” Toshu and Pakhi are shocked. “You can’t do this to us! We already apologized!” they protest.

Anupama calmly explains, “This was a test. I wanted to see if you were truly sorry and willing to leave your pride behind.” She shuts the door in their faces, leaving them stunned. Dolly, seeing this, asks Anupama, “Do you even have a heart, or is it made of stone?”

Anupama, with a sad look, replies, “I used to have a heart, but it’s been broken so many times that I had to turn it into stone.” Toshu and Pakhi keep pleading, asking her to let them stay.

After a pause, Anupama opens the door again. “You can stay,” she tells them, “but leave your attitude and pride outside.”
